MWS CSP / McCloskey Compact Sand Washing Plants include Genuine Warman / Linatex Pumps, Linatex Cyclones, larger walkways, and control panels with wiring to Australian Standards.
When used in conjunction with suitable wet screening / washing equipment, up to *98% of usable fines can be recovered using our Compact sand plant / sand washing / dewatering units.
Silt / clays can typically be cut off between 63 and 75 microns (*depending on model and feed materials).

The CSP12 (CSP120) plant offers exceptional performance, with a 12 x 5 dewatering screen and producing 1 or 2 grades of sand.
It offers a self-regulating cyclone tank complete with built in float system and anti-turbulence sections.
The Compact CSP120 is the ultimate choice for most applications in Australia.
The larger and higher capacity CSP20 (CSP200) sand washing plant can be set up to produce either one or two grades of coarse / fine sand at the same time, or can instead be set up to double wash a single sand with high clay / silt content.
