The Compact Sand Plant range CSP6 | CSP12 | CSP20 | CSP30 are modular sand recovery units that are designed to be both cost and energy efficient.
The cyclone(s) remove clays, silts and slime from sand and bring it into specification.
The dewatering screen enables saleable material to be stockpiled straight from the plant.
Previous models were known as CSP60, CSP120, CSP200 and CSP300.
The CSP12 (CSP120) plant offers exceptional performance, with a 12 x 5 dewatering screen and producing 1 or 2 grades of sand.
It offers a self-regulating cyclone tank complete with built in float system and anti-turbulence sections.
The Compact CSP120 is the ultimate choice for most sand washing and dewatering units applications in Australia.
The larger and higher capacity CSP20 (CSP200) plant can be set up to produce either one or two grades of coarse / fine sand at the same time, or can instead be set up to “double wash” a single sand with high clay / silt content.
All CSP Plants for the Australian market are installed with upgraded walkways and complete with Australian compliant control panels as standard. (Typically “hidden extras” on competitor plants.)
