The latest Lippmann Armour Rock / Rip Rap Plant has been installed by 888CSE in a Western Australia Quarry Operation.
Using an additional McCloskey Heavy Duty reclaimer screen, up to 6 x different products can be made simultaneously.
All Material below 300mm can be stockpiled using the 2 x Optional Heavy Duty Stackers from 888CSE / Superior Industries.
The stackers run off the same Genset used to Power the Lippmann Rip Rap Plant.
Sizing of all products can be adjusted to suit virtually any specifications, however Typical sizing ranges could be as follows.
+500mm to 1200mm oversize rock or armour rock.
-500mm + 250mm Armour Rock.
-250mm + 100mm Rip Rap Rock.
-100mm + 0mm (fines) Or transferred to McCloskey Reclaimer Screen for further screening as below.
Using an addiitonal 2 deck Reclaimer screen, additional sizes can typically be as follows.
-100mm + 50mm.
-50mm + 20mm.
-20mm (Roadbase).
