This newest addition to the growing McCloskey cone crusher family will soon be out working in the harsh environment of a remote Western Australian mine-site.
The plant is fitted with a 400HP “Produced by Metso for McCloskey” MC400 Cone Crusher and a powerful 700Hp / 522kW CAT C18 engine.
To reduce fuel consumption, the Large and Powerful 400HP / MC400 cone is directly driven from the engine through a clutch.
The MC400 / 400HP cone chamber is designed to fit various liners for the highest capacity secondary or tertiary crushing applications.
We note changing from a secondary to a tertiary cone configuration is not as easily achieved with some of our competitors.
Designed to work with large Jaws and Screens such as the latest McCloskey J6 Jaw Crusher and McCloskey S250 (22×6) triple deck screen or R230 HD Reclaimer Screen, the unbelievable performance of this powerful new C4 plant will leave most mobile cone crushers behind.
The chassis and controls are designed with leading McCloskey features and simplicity of operation, to offer the highest levels of reliability, performance and ease of maintenance.
McCloskey C3 tracked cones with 300HP / MC300 cones and CAT C13 engines have already been in successful operation and are well proven in the tough Australian mining and quarrying environments.
