The Aggredry™ Wash Plant from Superior Industries is designed to wash and size aggregates / ores and recover “dry” fine materials (sand) in a singular portable configuration.

The large on board screening unit is the Superior Industries Triple Deck 6×20 foot Guardian® Horizontal Screen.

The Guardian Screen enables 3 x sizes of aggregates to be washed and accurately separated before stockpiling, as well as making the “cut” on the fines (sand) product.

The sand product is further washed / graded using the low power on-board twin sand screws.

The twin screws remove clay / silt from the sand product for use as concrete sand or other fine material specifications.

The Aggredry™ Washer is also fitted with a dewatering screen after the twin sand screws to produce instantly saleable sand material. A moisture content as low as 8-10% can be achieved in some applications.

The Aggredry Plant can be used stand alone with existing equipment, or can easily be combined into a fully operational plant.

A Superior mobile / portable feed hopper (PFH), 3 off “Stackable Plus” mobile conveyors for the aggregates and a large 80ft Radial – Pinnacle Conveyor for the sand product can all be supplied with the Aggredry Plant to make it fully operational on site.

Due to all items on the Aggredry Plant being designed for optimum mobility and “plug and play” wiring to AS3000, the complete plant can be set up within an extremely short space of time compared to other cumbersome aggregate washing systems.

Level Assist, Superior Industries new and patent pending technology, can be used to automatically level the plant once the machinery is raised to a desired height, further reducing set-up times on site.

This high technology system now makes *hire options a reality on a very high capacity aggregate / sand washing plant ! (*subject to terms and conditions).

Available with twin 36″ screw OR twin 44″ screw versions for higher sand capacities, the Aggredry offers unbeatable performance and quicker set-up times than some of the other “modular” or fixed plant wet screening / sand washing options.
