The Superior Industries Patented RazerTail Truck Unloader allows your operation to dramatically cut truck unloading cycle times.

Trucks can be through the gate, unloaded and back down the road in less than five minutes, maintaining the quality of the material. (As little as 90 seconds to actually unload the truck).

Our patented Dual Lane RazerTail truck unloader reduces cycle times even more by allowing two trucks to drive over and tip at once. If the tipping is coordinated, a continuous feed can be achieved. As one truck is setting up, the other one is unloading material. This dual lane system is essential in many ship-loading and barge loading operations to reduce loading times to the minimum.

Compared to multiple handling common to dozers and loaders, this portable conveying system handles material just once, preserving its quality as it moves from truck to pile.

In the past, conventional truck unloading systems often chewed up a full day’s work for setup. With the RazerTail® Truck Unloader that task has been drastically reduced.

When you arrive at the site and position the unit accordingly, simply fold out the Optional Built in ON BOARD steel ramps, OR build the required earthen ramps and you are ready to begin production.

Superior’s low profile RazerTail Truck Unloader quickly and easily transfers material from belly dump or end dump trucks onto a conveyor for stockpiling or to another truck, railcar or barge. The portable unloading system can be moved, set up and running in just a couple of minutes.
