Mobile Rinser Screen

A Tracked / Mobile Rinser Screen from McCloskey International / MWS Washing Systems can be used with standard sand dewaterers, or combined with compact cyclone sand recovery systems and dewatering screens for more efficiency.

Suitable for non-permanent sites, 888cse can offer track mounted McCloskey sand / fine ore washing / mobile screens to suit many applications.

Various configurations of McCloskey Rinser / MWS Washing Systems Wash Screens are available to suit your capacity and budget.

Offering the capability to produce up to 3 x aggregates as well as two sand / fines products (coarse and fine) the tracked / mobile rinser screen is quick and easy to set up compared to “semi-modular” or fixed sand washing / ore washing installations.

The tracked washing screen can be easily moved to another location on site, or even transported between sites.

An added option for further flexibility is the addition of a “dry screening kit” which includes the fines “underpan” being replaced by a “tail / dry fines” collection conveyor.

This means that the same screen can be adapted for use in standard dry screening applications in just a few hours.
