The Proven McCloskey R230 (20×6) 6100mm x 1800mm Reclaimer Screen is designed for the highest production in heavy duty scalping operations including use as a primary Heavy Duty feeder/screener in Iron Ore.

Capable of operating as a stand-alone plant or part of a large crushing operation, the McCloskey R230 Reclaimer Screen is unequalled in its productivity and & versatility.

Large 167kW – 225HP CAT 6 Cyl engine with higher capacity hydraulic pumps and motors, wider side conveyors and high energy adjustable angle screenbox make this the most powerful and robust Reclaimer Screen available.

With Heavy Duty Apron Chain Feeder, Extended Hopper Wings, Bofar Bar or Punch Plate Top decks and mesh or other bottom decks, feed capacities of up to 800tph are achievable in some applications (depending on feed material and decks used).
