The Guardian 6203, 20×6 Triple Deck Horizontal Screen looks like many other “equivalent” triple shaft, 20ft x 6ft screens, but has many added features and benefits as listed below.

1. BOLT LOCKING HINGED ACCESS DOORS. Convenient for inspection and Hinge prevents misplacement.
2. VS2™ TECHNOLOGY. Low maintenance design ensures smooth start-up and shutdown of screen.
3. BOTTLE JACK LIFT POINTS. No cranes or loaders needed for safer spring maintenance or replacement.
4. COIL OR RUBBER SPRING Quiet operation and smooth motion for cold weather applications. (Shown with rubber spring option – note springs excluded from offer unless stated.)
5. BRANDED BEARINGS. Maximum bearing performance. (not shown)
6. HUCK BOLT FASTENERS/ Assure high reliability and fatigue resistant performance.
7. SEALED CONSTRUCTION. Integrated Huck® o-ring, shaft tube o-ring, and HGI sealants unique to the Guardian Horizontal Screen.
8. DISCHARGE LIPS/SIDE LINERS. Bolt-on components available with replaceable steel, rubber or urethane liners.
9. SEGMENTED BELT GUARD. Quick access to sheave and flywheel without completely removing One-person job.
