MWS Equipment is Stocked on both the east coast and west coast of Australia. Viewing can be arranged by appointment.

A complete sand washing plant can therefore be delivered to your site within days. Commissioning of the plant and revenue for the customer can begin soon after an order is placed with 888CSE, once both water and electrical supply are connected.

Polyurethane Screen decks will be selected and fitted to the Sandstorm to suit the exact site specifications required.

Standard woven wire mesh decks are typically fitted to the S190 tracked rinser options for and even quicker set-up.

The Sandstorm has been developed with leading features for optimised production, easier maintenance access and reduced servicing intervals. The plant is fully electric powered for efficiency with the control panel designed and built to meet Australian Standards.

This MWS Sandstorm modular washing solution can typically handle up to *450tph of mixed sand / aggregate with 150-200tph of sand production as standard. A large 20’ x 6’ triple deck screen with 5 x conveyors allows the production of up to 3 x aggregate sizes as well as one or two sand products.

With the option to provide a split sand product, the MWS Sandstorm can make a coarse and fine sand product if the feed material is suitable.

Alternatively, the plant can be set up to provide high capacities of a single sized sand, with up to 400tph of washed sand achievable, with additional 888CSE upgrades to the standard plant.

Smaller Sandstorm Plants are also available with lower capacities.

The tracked S190 rinser and CSP 12 / CSP 20 (CSP120/CSP200) plants offer the flexibility of quicker set up and easier portability if required.

888CSE has also installed Aggstorm plants in Australia, with built in logwasher technology, to produce a scrubbed, very clean aggregate from high clay content feed material. The Aggstorm can be configured to handle both C&D (Recycled) and Quarried (Virgin) aggregate materials.

A large MWS Aggstorm Plant has been successfully installed by 888CSE in one of the countries leading skip bin and recycling companies.

A complete water treatment package with Thickener Tank, Automated Floc dosing system and fresh water storage can be added to the Sandstorm / Aggstorm, if required. With the addition of a Filter Press, we can reduce your water requirements by up to 90% in some cases.

*The capacity of the Sandstorm 620 varies depending on feed material and required product sizes. 888CSE personnel can assist you in the selection of equipment depending on your performance requirements.
